Who is Cara Yowell ?
Cara Yowell is a spiritual entrepreneur, author, spiritual life coach and certified internet marketing consultant who has a vision of bringing information not many people know about into the hands of those who are ready for it. Many people in Cara’s family, including herself, have suffered severely from depression. Her life work involves helping others dealing with this darkness that is both a gift and a curse.
Sometimes Cara refers to herself as the self-proclaimed “Queen of Metaphysics,” because she has been studying and 
applying metaphysical principles FOREVER. Cara has the ability to explain metaphysical principles in a practical way so you can put them to good use in your life.
Cara was exposed to spiritual principles as a child and grew up with alternative health care…her father is a chiropractor. Psychics and astrologers visited the Yowell house all the time. Reading tarot cards was a normal occurrence. Having played with various spells as a teenager, Cara learned the hard way about karma.
Cara is a doctoral degree candidate in metaphysics and might finish her dissertation someday if she stops creating other stuff for a while. She is a Reiki Master and has studied Women’s Spirituality in Greece with Vicki Noble and Demetra George. Neal Donald Walsh actually asked her for a lock of hair : ) She has been privileged enough to meet Dr. Joe Vitale and Larry Flynt (First Amendment stuff, folks…get your mind out of the gutter).
Having worked in traditional media for 20 years, Cara saw the writing on the wall. One of her passions is helping traditional brick and mortar businesses harness the power of permission based internet marketing and social media.
Cara currently lives in Virginia, building her ebook empire, catching her cats doing bad things, creating online campaigns , and collecting books(they multiply like tribbles).
