Dark Night Of The Soul?
The Dark Night of The Soul experience. If you’ve ever been in it or through it, you will know.
I have been through it several times and probably will again.
The point of posting this brief insight is to give you a head’s up that the spiritual life is not always sunshine, lollipops, and “my little pony”. Despite what you have been taught, especially in LOA circles, there is always a sacrifice. That is the way life works.
You’ve heard it from me before: Seeds break open to become trees… Life springs up from rotten things…yep, Life from Death. And let us not forget the ever popular butterfly example.
Don’t worry, I am not trying to freak you out and go all dark on you, I just want you to be prepared and know the truth. You see this process in nature all the time. It applies to humans,too : ) And if you are going through the process, I hope this will provide you with some insight.
Bottom line is I felt led to share it with you.
This is just scratching the surface and I do not agree with every single thing written on this site,but take what you can use and leave the rest.
