You Are Not A Piece of Junk, So Stop Acting Like One!

Think about it. How many times have you acted like you did not amount to a hill of beans? Stop it. Stop it right now!  Acknowledging your self-worth  is important. Self-love is instrumental to activating the positive effects of the law of attraction. Know your DNA is encoded with the energy of the divine “whatever” that DNAmade everything.

That is really good news. If the power that made everything is also inside of you, how can you ever be considered worthless?

“If God is for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:28-31

When adversity strikes, draw upon this truth that you never walk alone. Overcoming is part of our existence. This is not meant to stress you out or be negative, it just is. An airplane has to overcome lift and drag. So do you.

How do you go about overcoming low self-worth and start loving yourself?

Here are a few steps to get you started.

1. Start believing in yourself. Pick one thing about yourself that you like. Focus on that one thing and add to it.

2. Know that there is a power greater than you, that is actually a part of you. Being aware that it exists can open up a whole new world.

3. Practice positive expectation, but don’t get thrown for a loop if bad things happen. It’s part of the process…the seeming duality or polarity of the Universe. What goes up, must come down.

4. Learn to “surf” the energy waves. We all live in a vibrational universe. Enjoy the up times and ride out the down times.

5. Don’t dwell on the negative. You can acknowledge it, but shift your focus to the positive. Poor mouthing just makes things worse and keeps your vibrations low. Nip poor mouthing in the bud  as soon as you realize you are doing it. And don’t beat yourself up for it either.

6. Look in the mirror and tell yourself  “I Love You.”  This might make you cringe at first. But if it worked for Louise Hay, who overcame cancer and a whole lot of other things,it can work for you,too. Do it everyday.

The above list is just the beginning, and will help you on the path to increased self-worth and self-love.

Treat yourself  like the divine child of the Universe that you are. And treat everyone else like it too. The Golden Rule applies here, big time.

Adopt the creed of the dauntless: “KEEP ON KEEPING ON.”

The Universe is really for you at all times. Even when it doesn’t feel like it, you are still blessed.
